Sogol recently held the position of Business Operations Manager at Level Bot Technology, a construction-focused B2B SaaS app, overseeing the preparation for the inaugural product launch in 2023. Prior to this, she played a pivotal role at Red Pill Labs, where her focus centered on aiding a spectrum of organizations in identifying ideal technology solutions. In close collaboration with project leaders, she facilitated discovery workshops for technology selection, meticulously analyzed client challenges, and devised comprehensive solutions. Furthermore, she skillfully managed a myriad of request for proposal projects, actively engaging with vendors, evaluating responses, participating in demos, and supporting clients throughout the selection process.

In 2007, Sogol relocated from Tehran, Iran to Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada. Driven by her passion for mathematics, she embarked on a business degree with a concentrated focus on accounting and business management at Capilano University. Throughout her academic journey, she skillfully intertwined her passion for the program with her affinity for event planning, actively participating in various associations. Most notably, she contributed significantly to the Capilano Accounting Association (CAA), collaborating closely with CPABC and national as well as midsize accounting firms to organize enriching networking and information sessions. 

Her inaugural professional experience at Lush Cosmetics exposed her to Concur Expense Management, kindling her fascination with resolving implementation inefficiencies and recognizing the transformative effects of comprehensive user training and onboarding. With unwavering commitment to her passion, Sogol wholeheartedly supports startups and small businesses, addressing their collection and accounts payable requirements. She adeptly establishes seamless operational workflows, curates solutions that harmonize with both current and future needs, and plans corporate events.
