TTC will never treat your building as an advertising target or training corpus:
- We do not sell, license, or broker your strata corporation's floor plans, spatial geometry, mechanical equipment registers, or telemetry to third-party brokers, marketing firms, or predictive analytics companies.
- Your building models will never be fed into public, commercial generative AI models without the prior explicit, recorded majority vote of your Strata Council at a General Meeting.
7. Legal Recourse & Enforcement
This Data Sovereignty Guarantee is an enforceable, legally binding covenant governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Strata Corporations may rely upon this Guarantee in their fiduciary reports to owners, underwriter disclosures, and Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) or court filings pursuant to the Strata Property Act.
